These terms apply when you use techdigitzing.store or buy from Tech Digitizing. By placing an order you agree to them.

Who we are

Tech Digitizing sells refurbished laptops and new accessories from 121 N Main St, Belchertown, Massachusetts 01007. We are an independent reseller and are not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Google or Microsoft. Brand and model names describe the genuine products we sell.

Refurbished products

Refurbished laptops are used products that we have tested, cleaned and restored. They may show light signs of use as described for their grade. Product photos show a typical example, not the exact unit you receive. Specifications on each product page describe what you get.

Software and updates

Laptops ship with a licensed operating system installed. How long a model receives updates is decided by its maker, not by us. Where we know a model no longer receives security updates, we say so on its product page.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Massachusetts sales tax is added at checkout where it applies, and shipping is shown before you pay. If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm that your order has shipped. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if the details given are incorrect. If we cancel, we refund any payment in full.

Returns and warranty

Returns and our 90 day warranty are covered by our refund and cancellation policy. Delivery is covered by our shipping and delivery page.

Your data

You are responsible for backing up your own files. We are not responsible for data on a laptop you return or send for repair.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost data or lost income. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any warranty or right you have under Massachusetts or federal consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any dispute will be heard in the courts of Hampshire County, Massachusetts, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
