Who we are
We are a small laptop business in Belchertown, Massachusetts. We buy good quality used laptops, mostly business models that were built to last, then clean, repair, test and reinstall them before they go back out to people who need them.
What we sell
- Refurbished MacBooks. MacBook Air and MacBook Pro models, with notes on which macOS updates each one still gets.
- Refurbished Windows laptops. Lenovo ThinkPad, Dell Latitude and HP business laptops with 8th generation Intel processors and Windows 11 Pro.
- Chromebooks. Simple, fast laptops for school and home, checked for remaining ChromeOS updates.
- Accessories. Chargers, hubs, docks, stands, bags, storage and screens, sold new.
How we refurbish
Every laptop goes through a 40 point test: screen, keyboard, trackpad, every port, speakers, microphone, camera, wifi, Bluetooth, storage health and battery health. Batteries must hold at least 80 percent of their original capacity. Anything that fails is repaired or replaced, or the laptop does not go on sale. Every drive is wiped before a fresh install.
Our promise
We describe every laptop honestly, including its age and any limits on software updates. Every refurbished laptop has a 90 day warranty, every product can be returned within 30 days, and you can call us at any hour to talk to a person.
