Every order ships from Belchertown, Massachusetts, by tracked courier to anywhere in the United States.
When your order ships
Orders placed by 2pm Eastern on a working day usually ship the same day. Later orders ship the next working day. Laptops get a final check and a charge before they are packed, so they arrive ready to use.
Delivery times
Most parcels arrive in two to five working days. Alaska, Hawaii and remote addresses can take longer. Delivery times are estimates from the courier and are not guaranteed.

How laptops are packed
Laptops ship in a fitted box with foam padding, with the charger packed separately so it cannot scratch the lid. Larger and higher value orders may need a signature on delivery.
Tracking
You get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. If tracking has not moved for three working days, contact us and we will chase the courier.
Damaged or missing parcels
If a parcel arrives damaged, keep all the packaging and send us photos within 48 hours. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find it, check with neighbours first, then contact us and we will open a claim. We replace or refund anything lost or damaged in transit.

We currently ship within the United States only.
