Refund & Cancellation

30 day returns on everything. A 90 day warranty on every refurbished laptop. Faults put right without argument.

Cancelling an order

If your order has not shipped, contact us and we will cancel it with a full refund. Once it has shipped, it becomes a return.

Returns within 30 days

Any laptop or accessory can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, as long as it is in the condition it arrived in, with the charger and everything else that came in the box. Contact us first and we will send return instructions. Return postage on a change of mind is paid by you. Please sign out of your accounts and remove your files before sending a laptop back.

90 day warranty on refurbished laptops

If anything we tested stops working in normal use within 90 days of delivery, we repair it, replace it with the same or a better model, or refund it, and we pay the postage both ways. This includes the battery dropping below 80 percent health.

The warranty does not cover accidental damage such as drops, liquid or a cracked screen, damage from opening the laptop, or problems caused by software you install. These limits do not affect your rights under Massachusetts and federal consumer law.

New accessories

Accessories are sold new. If one is faulty, we replace it or refund it within 30 days, and the maker's own warranty applies after that.

Wrong or damaged on arrival

If we sent the wrong item, or it arrived damaged or not as described, tell us within 48 hours and we put it right at our cost.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, within two working days of the return arriving and being checked. Your bank then usually takes three to five working days. Original shipping is refunded only if the return is because of our mistake or a fault.
