What we collect

• Order details. Your name, email, phone number, billing and shipping address and what you buy.
• Payment details. Payments are handled by our payment providers. We do not see or store your full card number.
• Messages. Anything you send us by phone, text, email or the contact form.
• Device and browsing data. Your IP address, browser, device type and the pages you visit, collected through cookies and similar tools.

Data on returned laptops

Please remove your files and sign out of your accounts before returning a laptop. Anything left on a returned or repaired laptop is wiped and never looked at or kept.

How we use it

• To process, ship and track your order and handle returns and warranty claims
• To answer your questions
• To prevent fraud and keep the store secure
• To send marketing emails, only if you have agreed to receive them

Who we share it with

We share information only with the companies that help us run the store: our ecommerce platform Shopify, payment processors, couriers, and email and analytics providers. They may use it only to provide their service to us. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences and understand how visitors use the store. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, though parts of the store may not work without them.
